DHAKA: Rapid Action Battalion (RAB)-3 detained alleged 13 women traffickers from Old Paltan area in city Sunday evening.

Additional Superintendent of Police of RAB (operation) Yasir Arafat confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Acting on a tip-off, the elite force conducted a drive in the area and detained the alleged 13 women traffickers.

The RAB officer further said they have been trafficking women netting them by cheating.

However, the drive was continuing till filing the report.
