DHAKA: A group of masked miscreants shot an employee of a Bkash agent office and snatched Taka over 3 lakh from city’s Badda area.

The incident took place at 12:45pm in Purba Badda.

The victim has been identified as Faisal (27), a sales officer of Fox Globe Distribution, a resident of Madhya Badda.

Faisal, later, rushed to Dhaka Medical College and Hospital (DMCH).

He said that as in the previous days, he was collecting money from Bkash agents in the area this morning. ‘Two masked muggers intercepted me and shot at my foot.’

They snatched the bag with Tk over 3-lakh and ran away through the lane, the victim added.
