KHULNA: Police arrested two suspected poachers with 69 pieces of bones of Sundarbans Royal Bengal Tigers from Natun Bazar launch ghat of the district town Friday. 

The detainees are Enayet Hossain, 22, son of Akram Sarder of Koyra upazila and Babu Hossain, 18, son of Salam Rana of the same area.

Khulna Sadar thana sub-inspector (SI) Debashish told banglanews that on tip off, police raided a trawler coming from Sundarbans around 11:30am and recovered 69 pieces of bones of Royal Bengal Tigers.

Case will be filed against the detainees, he added.
