SIRAJGANJ: At least two women were killed and 15 others injured in a road accident on Bogra-Nagarbari highway in Raiganj Upazila of the district Thursday afternoon.

The deceased could not be identified immediately.

Confirming the matter, Raiganj Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Rashedul Islam Biswas told banglanews that a head-on collision between a passenger bus and a pick up at Omar’s Sar Mill area in the upazila killed two on the spot.

The injured were taken to several local hospitals, he added.
