DHAKA: A man was actually sandwiched by two passenger buses in capital’s Jatrabari area on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as Abul Kalam, 45, according to documents and mobile phone carried by the man.

Pedestrian Mizanur Rahman also witness of the accident, told banglanews that a recklessly-driver bus crushed a man while he was trying to get into a Gabtoli-bound bus, leaving him injured critically.

Later, he was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) where duty doctor declared him dead around 9:00am.

Jatrabari Thana sub-inspector (SI) Ranjit Shaha told banglanews that both of the buses were seized.
