DHAKA: CNG filling stations will remain closed for 24 hours across the country on Saturday.

Power, energy and mineral resources department made the order in this regard.

Confirming the matter to banglanews senior information official on Tuesday said that gas supply from Bibiana Gas Field will be closed on the day due to its maintenance.

He said that the CNG filling stations across the country will remain closed from Friday overnight to Saturday overnight.

According to him, the decision was taken to keep the power production and supply uninterrupted.
