60 gold bars seized in Satkhira

SATKHIRA: Border Guard Bangladesh seized 60 gold bars from a house located near Kakdanga frontier of Satkhira on Friday noon.

A team of BGB-38 battalion conducted a drive in the area around 1:30pm and recovered the gold bars, weighing seven kilograms from the house of one Jahirul Islam.

BGB-38 battalion acting commanding officer major Nazir Ahmed Bakshi confirmed the matter to banglanews.
