BAGERHAT: At least two people were killed and three others injured as two motorcycles collided head-on at Dona area under Morelganj upazila of the district on Tuesday morning.

The deceased were identified as Chinmoy Halder, 40, hailed from Kalaiya village under Zianagar upazila of Pirojpur and Hafizur Molla, 35, from Amtola village of Morelganj upazila.

Morelganj Thana officer-in-charge (OC) Rashedul Alam confirmed the matter to banglanews.

The three injured were admitted to Khulna Medical College and Hospital, he added.
