DHAKA: Security has boosted in and outside the Supreme Court centering the appeal verdict of death row convict war criminal Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami.
Additional law enforcers took position in the court area before 8:00am of Wednesday (January 6).
They have remained on alert position at main gate of the apex court, Mazar gate and bar council gate to impose restriction on entry of visitors.
After search of body and bag, people are being allowed to entry the court.
The verdict of the appeal hearing of death row convict war criminal Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Matiur Rahman Nizami is set to be pronounced on Wednesday (January 6) morning.
The 4-member Appellate Division bench of the Supreme Court led-by Chief Justice SK Sinha will give the verdict.
