BRAHMANBARIA: Two youths were killed near Azampur rail station of the district as train crushed them on Friday evening.

Identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Railway sources said that the two youths were gossiping at the rail line near Azampur station. At one stage, a Dhaka-bound Parabat Express train knocked them down, leaving one dead on the spot and another one injured.

The injured youth died on way to Akhawra Health Complex.

Akhawra Railway Thana Officer-in-Charge Saidul Islam confirmed the matter to banglanews.
