DHAKA: Opposition BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir cleared his party’s stand that it would wait for the dialogue on election-time non-party caretaker government.
The BNP leader made the affirmation while talking to journalists at party’s Nayapaltan central office in the city on Wednesday, the last day of opposition called 60-hour nationwide hartal.
He said, “BNP will wait till the last moment for the people’s demand of a peaceful hand over of power by holding free and fair election under non-party caretaker government.”
