Members of the National Consensus Commission are set to formally invite former Prime Minister and BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, along with BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, to the upcoming July Charter signing ceremony.

According to BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan, the commission officials will visit Evercare Hospital in Bashundhara at 8:00 PM on Thursday (October 16).

During the visit, the delegation will meet Begum Khaleda Zia and extend a formal invitation for her participation in the ceremony.

He said that the representatives of the National Consensus Commission may also discuss with BNP leaders the guidelines for implementing the July Charter.
