DHAKA: The Ministry of public administration has appointed two administrators for Dhaka City Corporation (DCC) North and South on Tuesday night.

As per the ministry directives, Bureau of Non-Formal Education (BNFE) director-general M Alamgir appointed as new administrator for DCC South while additional secretary of agricultural ministry M Anwarul Islam Sikdar as DCC North administrator.

Besides, outgoing DCC North administrator Akhter Hossain Bhuiyan appointed as BNFE director-general and DCC South administrator Md. Nazrul Islam shifted to agricultural ministry as additional secretary.
