MAGURA: Two persons were killed and 20 others injured in a clash between two group of villagers in Malikgram under Sadar Upazila of the district early Saturday.

The deceased were identified as Sagar, 22 and Noeem, 24.

Sources said that the clash erupted centering death of a child and it continued from 11:00pm Friday to till the report was filed.

Confirming the matter, ASP Saheb Ali said that additional law enforcers were deployed in the village and they were trying to take the situation under control.
