DHAKA: Chinese ambassador to Bangladesh Li Jun met Jatiyo Party chairman HM Ershad on Thursday morning.

The Chinese ambassador entered ‘President Park’, the residence of former President of the country Ershad at 11:40am.

After hour-long meeting Li Jun told to journalists that they talked about regional development of four countries including Bangladesh, China, Myanmar and Indonesia.

Meanwhile, the Chinese ambassador expressed hope about the consensus over ongoing political crisis.
