NOAKHALI: Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal, student wing of BNP, called dawn-to-dusk hartal in the district for Monday protesting the arrest of its acting president.

District Chhatra Dal President Nurul Amin Khan made the announcement after a protest rally on Sunday noon.

On Saturday, Detective Branch (DB) police held Bazlul Karim Chowdhury Abed, acting president of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD).
