The ruling Awami League (AL) has sold a total of 3,362 nomination forms for Tk 16.81 crore, according to the party’s Office Secretary Biplab Barua.
He confirmed the matter to reporters after concluding the sale today (November 21).
Biplab Barua also said that 730 people from Dhaka, 659 people from Chattogram, 409 people from Rajshahi, 416 people from Khulna, 302 people from Rangpur, 295 people from Mymensingh, 172 people from Sylhet, 258 people from Barisal collected the nomination form of Awami League. 121 people applied online.
