DHAKA: The government has declared public holiday on voting day in respective upazilas scheduled to be held from Wednesday.

The polls of fourth upazila election would be held on February 19 and February 24 in first phase, February 27 and March 1 in second phase and March 15 in third phase.

Public administration ministry made the disclosure on Monday.

All employees of government, semi-government and autonomous institutions in respective area can cast their vote for the public holiday.
