DHAKA: The Supreme Court Appellate Division ordered to submit case summery of war criminal Abdul Alim within March 11.

The appellate division consisting of five members, led by Chief Justice Mozammel Hossain, passed the order on Tuesday.

On November 7 in 2013, Abdul Alim’s lawyer Advocate Khandaker Mahbub Hossain filed the appeal to the Supreme Court Appellate Division.

Showing 120 causes, senior lawyer Mahbub filed the petition on behalf of defendant.

On October 9 last year, International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-2 Chairman Justice Obaidul Hasan gave lifetime imprisonment of Abdul Alim on charge of nine killings among 17 charges.
