DHAKA: Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina to unveil plaque of two warships of Bangladesh Navy- BNS Abu Bakar, BNS Ali Haider-- and commissioning those on Saturday morning in Chittagong city.

Ship commissioning is the act or ceremony of placing a ship in active service, and may be regarded as a particular application of the general concepts and practices of project commissioning.

The premier arrived at Isha Khan Naval base of Patenga in the port city around 11:00am by helicopter from the capital city.

Later, the president of ruling Awami League will distribute financial assistance to the victim of BNP-Jamaat violence in Satkania upazila of the district.

But the rally of Satkania has been cancelled due security reason of Prime Minister.
