BNP leader Mahbub passes away

DHAKA: BNP leader Khandaker Mahbub Uddin Ahmed, also former lawmaker of the party, passed away at a city hospital on Saturday evening.

The former standing committee member of the party breathed his at United Hospital at 7:45pm due to cardiac diseases and old age complication.

He was also elected member of parliament from Mohammadpur-Dhanmondi constituency of Dhaka.
