A two-day tree plantation programme will begin today in Dhaka to mark the birthday of Dr. Zubaida Rahman, wife of BNP Acting Chairman and chief patron of 'Amra BNP Paribar'.

BNP Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi will lead the event, starting this afternoon at Sher-e-Bangla Nagar. BNP leaders including Shahiduddin Chowdhury Annie and Rashiduzzaman Millat will attend.

The inauguration is scheduled at 5:30 pm near Shaheed President Ziaur Rahman’s grave.
