DHAKA: Another phase of installing barbed wire fence around BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia’s political office in Gulshan began Thursday.

Three workers, two of them were identified as Monir Hossain and Amirul, brought barbed-wire rings by a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at 10:30am on the day.

After writing their names in the register book kept in front of the office gate, the workers entered the building and after some time started installing the fence.

The wires were installed in front of the main gate and on the right-side wall of the office building till 12:00pm.

However, no one from Khaleda Zia’s office was made available to comment on the matter till the filling of the report.

Moreover, on-duty officials responsible for the register book told banglanews that workers are coming and going inside. But we do not know more about them.

Earlier on Sunday, barbed-wires were installed on the walls of the BNP chief’s political office in Gulshan.
