DHAKA: Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP), in several drives, nabbed 10 leaders-activists of BNP-Jamaat-e-Islami and Chhatra Shibir from different places of the capital for their alleged involvement in ongoing sabotages.
Confirming the matter, Masudur Rahman, deputy commissioner (Media) of DMP, told that of the detainees, one is activist of Jamaat-e-Islami while rests are BNP activists.
Police rounded up them in 24-hour drives between Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning, said the DMP DC.
The drives will continue to nab anarchists, he added.
