DHAKA: Bangladesh Students Union will organize its 37th national council on Sunday at Aparajeya Bangla on the campus of Dhaka University.

Eminent naturalist Dwijen Sharma will inaugurate the three-day council at 11:00am on the day.

A rally will also be organized after the inauguration.

The organizers will also arrange a cultural event later at 4:00pm.

However, the party council will be held on September 14 and 15.

In a joint statement, Bangladesh Students Union central committee president Hasan Tareque and general secretary Lucky Akhtar commented that conspiracy is still going on to destroy the country’s education sector.

They also asked the students to uphold the spirit of the country’s war of independence in building the nation.
