SC scraps Joynal Hazari’s acquittal Joynal Hazari

DHAKA: Supreme Court Appellate Division Monday scrapped a High Court verdict that acquitted Joynal Hazari, former Awami League lawmaker of Feni, in a money laundering case filed by Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

A SC bench led by Chief Justice SK Sinha passed the order asking to start fresh hearing in the case.
