DHAKA: Investigation agency of International Crimes Tribunal has finalized probe report against two alleged Razakars Idris Ali and Solaiman Mollah of Shariatpur for crimes against humanity during liberation war.
In the final report, four counts of charges, including killing, genocide, torture, looting and torching, brought against him.
Investigation agency coordinator Abdul Hannan Khan and senior officer Sanaul Haque informed the matter at a press conference at agency’s Dhanmondi office on Thursday noon.
Earlier, the tribunal set November 1 for submitting the probe report in reply to a plea of prosecutor.
On June 15, police arrested war crimes accused Solaiman Molla alias Soleman Moulvi, 85, from Kashipur village under sadar upazila of Shariatpur while Idris Ali remains on the run.
Some 28 people were made witness in the case and three more were made witness in seizure list. The 852-page final investigation report in seven volumes is set to be submitted to ICT prosecution on Thursday, Sanaul Haque added.
