SAVAR (DHAKA): Police filed a case against 50, including Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) Savar unit president Atiqur Rahman Atique, on charge of attacking detective branch (DB) of police in the area.

Dhaka district (north) DB sub-inspector (SI) Zillu filed the lawsuit with Savar Model Thana on Wednesday morning (March 9).

Meanwhile, police have arrested an accused Mosharraf, a local Awami League leader.

Earlier on March 8, police and miscreants locked into a clash over sweater jhut business at Genda of Savar, leaving 10 including SI Zillu injured.
