BOGRA: District BNP will observe a half-day hartal on Monday (July 25) protesting the High Court verdict of the party’s senior vice-chairman Tarique Rahman.

President of Bogra District unit BNP president Saiful Islam made the declaration at an urgent meeting at Nabab Bari party office in town around 4:00pm Sunday (July 24).

District BNP general secretary Joynal Abedin Chan and senior vice-president Fazlul Bari Talukdar Belal, among others, were present at the meeting.
