FROM SHAHJALAL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia left for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) on Wednesday (September 7) to perform hajj.

She left Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in a flight of Saudi Arabia Airlines at 5:00pm.

The BNP chief’s advisor and also middle-east affairs special envoy Dr Muhammad Enamul Haque Chowdhury, BNP executive committee ICT affairs secretary Sharif Shah Kamal Taj, her personal secretary ABM Abdus Sattar personal photographer Nuruddin Ahmed and domestic help Fatima Begum are accompanying Khaleda Zia.

Party leaders and activists gathered on the airport premises to see her off.
