Ivy gets AL nomination for NCC election

DHAKA: Dr Selina Hayat Ivy, Narayanganj City Corporation (NCC) mayor and also vice-president of Metropolitan Awami League (AL), nominated from ruling party to contest upcoming NCC election.

The AL Nomination board headed by party Chairperson and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina made the decision on Friday night (November 18).

Party sources confirmed the matter to Banglanews.
