RAJSHAHI: A half-day hartal will be observed on Sunday (December 11) demanding the cancellation of extra fee of holding tax, trade license fee and sign board by the city corporation.

Rajshahi Nagorik Odhikar Songrakhhon Songram Parishad declared the program Saturday evening (December 10).

Convener of the organization Enamul Haque said the dwellers have been protesting for long to press their demand.

However, ambulances, fire service trucks, medicine carrier and newspaper laden vehicles will remain purview of the hartal.
