India, Pakistan in must-win battle

DAKHA: India and Pakistan meet the must win battle in the sixth match of the 2014 Asia Cup on Sunday, renewing one of most fierce rivalries in international sport.

The day/night match will start at 2:00pm at Shere Bangla National Stadium, Mirpur in the capital.

On Sunday, the two countries will resume hostilities when they face off for the first time since the ICC Champions Trophy in June.

Earlier, the two teams were defeated by Sri Lanka in the ongoing tournament.


On Saturday, Afghanistan has defeated test-playing country Bangladesh by 32 runs in the fifth match of Asia Cup at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium at Fatullah of Narayanganj.
