Bashundhara Group has distributed warm clothes among 400 cold-hit families in Sadar Upazila of Joypurhat.
Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Joypurhat Salehin Tanvir Gazi inaugurated the programme at circuit house ground on Thursday morning.

After receiving the cloth, elderly Amena Khatun said “I have been suffering in the cold for several days. I was unable to sleep in the night. I requested many people to give me a blanket but no one helps me. I am now happy as Bashundhara gave me a blanket”.
Aklima Begum of Adarsh Para area also said, "We are poor very people. Bashundhara group helped us by giving blankets. May Allah bless Bashundhara chairman and his family members.”
