DHAKA: Jamuna Future Park owner Nurul Islam Babul was sued on Wednesday morning over the killing of motorcyclist in a shutter collapse.

Victim’s brother Hazrat Ali filed a murder case with Vatara police station.

Police also filed another case in this connection on charge of negligence of the building construction. But Babul is not accused in the case.

Vatara police station Sub-Inspector Mostafijur Rahman confirmed the matter to banglanews.

Earlier on Tuesday, a motorcyclist, Shahin, 35, was killed as a shutter from under construction building of Jamuna Future Park collapsed on him in front of North South University.
