Bangladesh Jatri Klyan Samity today (May 22) in a report said the country saw 708 people were killed and 2,426 injured in 683 road crashes in last April.

Of the total accidents, bikes were involved in 305 crashes which claimed the lives of 274 people.

The organisation prepared the report compiling media reports.

The organization presented this report through a press release signed by secretary general of the organization Mozammel Haque Chowdhury on Wednesday (May 22).
