DHAKA: Former Energy Adviser to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Dr Tawfiq-e-Elahi Chowdhury was made again her adviser for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources.   

A handout made the disclosure Sunday that the government appointed him under section 3(B) (1) of Rules of Business of 1996.    

He will enjoy the status, facilities and allowance as like as a full minister.   
 
On November 27, Tawfiq resigned from his previous position of last year.
