FROM TRADE FAIR: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel were deployed in the 19th Dhaka International Trade Fair (DITF) area on Monday to enhance the security.

A platoon of BGB personnel were seen discharging their duties in the area from the 17th day of the fair on Monday.

Wishing anonymity, a BGB member told banglanews that the government deployed them to enhance the security of the trade fair.

He also said the BGB personnel would discharge their duties at the gates and premise of the fair.
