The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted dry weather with temporary partly cloudy skies across the country for the next 24 hours, starting from this morning. 

The forecast also indicates that light to moderate fog may occur from late night to early morning.

The sub-continental high ridge extends up to Bihar and neighboring areas, while the seasonal low remains over the South Bay. As a result, night temperatures are expected to fall by 1-2°C, while day temperatures may rise slightly.

On Wednesday, the maximum temperature recorded was 31.2°C in Teknaf, while the minimum was 12.5°C, jointly recorded in Tetulia and Srimangal.

In the capital, the sun will set at 5:48 PM today and rise at 6:37 AM tomorrow.
