MANIKGANJ: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) held two people alongwith arms and ammunition from Sanbandha village in Sadar upazila on Thursday evening.

After interrogation, arrested Sirajul Islam Siraj, 26, and Didarul Islam Dipon, 25, were handed over to Sadar thana early Friday.

Officer-in-Charge of Sadar Thana Azizul Haq said acting on a tip off, a team of RAB-4 held Dipon and Siraj from near Sanbandha Madrasa Thana on Thursday evening.

The elite force also recovered two shotguns and four bullets from their possessions.
 
A case was filed with Sadar Thana under Arms Act.
