Probe body identifies 6 killers

MYMENSINGH: The probe body of Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU) has identified six students who are involved in the killing of another student named Saad Ibne Momtaz.

The probe body submitted the report to VC Dr M Rafiqul Haque on Tuesday night recommending punishment of the involved students.

Varsity proctor Dr Sahidur Rahman Khan confirmed the matter to journalists.

The names of involved students, but Sujay and Rokon, were not disclosed.

Police detained Sujay and Rokon in this connection and they have admitted guilt.

On April 1, Saad Ibne Momtaz, a fourth year student of Fisheries department also Bangladesh Chhatra League leader of BAU unit was killed in an attack allegedly by a rival group.
