DHAKA: Bashundhara, country’s leading business conglomerate, honored 130 retailers with ‘Rising Star’ certificate for achieving outstanding performance in selling Bashundhara Khata (Exercise Books) for the year 2013.

They were given certificate along with crest at a restaurant in the city On Monday.

Chief Marketing Promotion Officer of Bashundhara Group Saiful Islam Helali distributed the prizes among the winners with the help of Bashundhara Khata Regional Sales Manager Zahidul Islam (Dhaka North) and Razu Ahmed (Dhaka South).

Addressing the prize giving ceremony, he said they have arranged the program to identify the problems and find out the ways of solution in selling Bashundhara Khata.

In response to various questions from retailers, he also said the group is going to launch 4-new designs of Bashundhara Khata.

He also urged there not to sell the exercise books at more than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) while retailers applauded that Bashundhara Khata is the best quality exercise books from all aspects.
