DHAKA: The High Court on Wednesday directed the government to maintain status quo for two weeks on home ministry order asking to remove all sorts of tinted glass from vehicles.
An HC bench comprising Justice Mirza Hossain Hyder and Justice Muhammad khurshid Alam Sarkar passed the order.
Earlier, in the wake of recent abduction incidents the instruction was issued by the home ministry to remove all sorts of tinted glass to check the crime.
Later from May 11, law enforcers started drive against the vehicles having tinted glasses.
