SYLHET: Fires broke out at Zindabazar and Dargah Gate areas of the Sylhet city on Thursday midnight. 

Sources said that both of the fires broke out at the same time, but the firefighters and locals doused the flames immediately.

In Zindabazar, the fire originated from transformer at Jagannath Jiur Akhra Market area. On information, firefighters from the fire services rushed to the spot and doused the fire.

However, at the same time another fire also broke out at Jalabad Hotel & Restaurant from its kitchen stove and soon black smoke covered the building. 

Later, locals have extinguished the fire before fire fighters rushed there.
