2.37kg gold bars seized at Shahjalal, 15 held

DHAKA: Armed Police Battalion (APBn) members held 15 persons after 2.37kg gold bars were seized at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Sunday.

Sources said APBn members seized the gold from a flight from Riyadh. Later, 15 suspected were held from the spot.

Senior Superintendent of Police (SP) of APBn Alamgir Shimul confirmed the matter to banglanews.
