FROM JATIYA SANGSAD: The Thursday’s discussion session on the first budget of 10th Parliament has started at Jatiya Sangsad in the morning.

With Speaker of the house Dr Shirin Sharmin in the chair the session started at 10:45am.

The budget session started on June 3 and will end on July 3. On June 29, the proposed budget will be passed.

For first time, Opposition Party has been participating in the discussions on budget after the inception of Parliamentary Democracy in the country.
