KOLKATA: Nur Hossain, main accused in sensational Narayanganj seven-murder, is set to be produced before West Bengal Indian court on Monday morning after completion of 14-day remand.
Indian police will produce the detainee before the court around 1:00pm (Indian time) after fourteen days interrogation.
Sources said that Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate will place its statement to proof Nur Hossain as illegal intruder.
According to the rules, charge sheet have to submitted within 90-day after the detention.
Besides, specific information has to proof that he was Bangladesh otherwise there is a possibility that Nur Hossain would be released.
Earlier on June 23, a court in India's West Bengal state placed Nur Hossain, the prime accused in the multiple murders at Narayanganj, and his two accomplices on a 14-day fresh remand.
On June 16, a day after, the three were arrested from Indraprastha Apartment in Baguiati near Kolkata's Netaji Subhas airport. Later, they were sent on an eight-day police remand.
The absconding Narayanganj councilor, prime accused in the multiple murders case, was booked under Arms Act and Foreigners Act for illegal trespass into Indian Territory without valid travel document and for illegal possession of a weapon.
