DHAKA: Qulkhani of former lawmaker and renowned journalist Baby Moudud will be held at her Dhanmondi residence on Friday.

Family sources confirmed the matter to banglanews on Thursday.    

Baby Moudud passed away at a city hospital on Friday last.

She was 66.  

She breathed her last in the noon while undergoing treatment at United Hospital in the city.

Baby Moudud, school friend of Prime minister Sheikh Hasina, was suffering from many diseases for long days.   

She was serving bdnews24.com as its social affairs editor.

Earlier, Baby Moudud worked for many newspapers and magazine including the daily Ittefaq, Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha and weekly Bichitara.
