Ishraq gets gold medal in IOI

SYDNEY: Bangladeshi born Australian resident Ishraq Huda awarded by gold medal in International Olympiad in Informatics (IOI) held in Taiwan recently.

Ishraq got 600 marks out of 600 marks in several events where a total of 311 candidates participated from 81 countries.

He is the son of Dr Qamrul Huda and Dr Shahana Parvin and a class XI student of James Ruse Agricultural High School at Sydney of Australia.

While talking about his future plan Ishraq said he wants to obtain higher degree on Computer Science and Math from New South Wales University. 

Besides this, he wants to go to Canada or USA to study if they provide scholarship, he added.
