DHAKA: The Independence Day of India will be celebrated its High Commission at the New Chancery Complex, Plot No– 2A, UN Road, Baridhara, Dhaka on Friday, August 15, 2014.

Pankaj Saran, High Commissioner of India will unfurl the National Flag at 9:00am hours to be followed by the signing of the National Anthem. 

High Commissioner will then read President’s message to the nation. Children of the Indian Community of Dhaka will present a cultural programme on the occasion.

All Indian nationals and their families are cordially invited to participate in the celebrations. They are requested to reach the venue by 8:45am.
